Terms and Conditions

If you placed an order with Xyra Creaties you agree with these terms and conditions.

Order confirmation

Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation via email. This order confirmation has a unique order number which applies only to the respective order. In the order confirmation you will find an overview of your order and the costs thereof, including the shipping / packaging costs.

Ordering and Payment

After receiving the order confirmation you will pay the total amount of the order as soon as possible, within fourteen days, to:

  • BIC: INGBNL2A

Do not forget to pay your ordernumber mentioned on the order confirmation. Not mentioning your name can mean delays in delivery.

Crochet Patterns

Crochet patterns can be downloaded immediately after successful payment via the link in the sent email. From the moment you have made a successful payment is no longer possible to withdraw. Also see our cancellation policy.

Sending your order

Your order will be sent if possible as standard mail.

We send everything via PostNL and are not responsible for the delivery. Any loss of a parcel is not reimbursed by us. To avoid this, you can select "Secure Delivery" during the ordering process.

Return Policy

You have fourteen days to think with regard to exchange your order. Within this period, you can send the crocheted back to us, if they are undamaged and preferably in the original packaging. Please keep in mind that the return items subject to the Terms of PostNL. Cost of damage and loss shall therefore be at your expense.

Receive digital crochet patterns can not be returned.

Complaints

If you have complaints regarding goods or other things? Then please contact us within 48 hours and we will do everything possible to reach a satisfactory solution.

Transportation Damage

All orders are sent by us in accordance with the Terms of PostNL. Should you receive a damaged shipment we ask you to inform us of this within 48 hours of receipt thereof. Will search for a solution. Please note that you fail to inform us in regard to transport damage if you do this too late will invalidate your warranty. Naturally, we invite you to also carefully observe the Terms of PostNL. Should returns arrive broken us and not in accordance with the Terms of PostNL sent void your warranty and we reserve the right to ask you liable for the damage. We also offer the ability to send your order insured via PostNL.

Agreement

If after receipt of the total amount stated on the order confirmation, delivery of your order were not made within four weeks, you have the right to terminate the agreement with us and you can request a refund of the amount paid by you. This applies only when we are no other agreements been made about the time of delivery or if we fail to keep you informed on a possible delay in the delivery of goods or repair. If after entering into a purchase agreement thirty days after dispatch of the acknowledgment no payment is received by us, we are forced to charge € 15.00 administration fee on to you.

Privacy declaration

Xyra hereby explicitly declares that all address information and personal data you provide will be used exclusively for its own records and information. Relevant data will not be sold, and not made available to third parties.
